Meet Your
Airbnb Guide, Brindy
I started hosting my own home back in 2017 for a little extra cash, before “co-hosting” was even a thing. Eventually, this turned into my full-time business. In 2020, I left my W2 job to focus entirely on growing my co-hosting company. Today I lead a team of four, managing 28 short-term rentals all over Arizona.
I know how overwhelming this business can be when you’re trying to do it all yourself. Whether I’m managing homes for owners or guiding new hosts, my goal is always the same: to make hosting easier, more profitable, and more enjoyable.
Helping Hosts Succeed Faster
From Advocacy to
Action in STR Success
I’m passionate about protecting this still-new industry, which is why I serve on the board of AZRT, advocating for fair short-term rental policies, and why I host a weekly Airbnb Ambassador webinar that’s been watched by nearly 5,000 students over the past four years. Many of those hosts have since built thriving co-hosting businesses or grown impressive portfolios. At the heart of it all, my focus is on creating the best possible experience for our team, the homeowners who trust us, and the new hosts we help launch strong.
